You practise the situations where you actually need English.
You get used to American pronunciation, natural pace, contractions and everyday expressions
You discuss work matters and practise interviews, negotiations or ordinary conversations without a script
You go through mistakes, look for more natural wording and practise answering more precisely
The aim is not to speak without an accent. What matters is understanding the other person and expressing your own thoughts without unnecessary difficulty.
A full 60 minutes one-to-one with a native English speaker
In course audio, words often sound clearer than in spontaneous conversation. A real American swallows sounds, says gonna instead of going to and jokes without pausing for translation. You can hear that in a TV series too. But to learn to reply without preparation, you need speaking practice of your own.
Lessons are in English, so we recommend starting from B1: when you can already keep a conversation going, ask questions and explain your point. The English level test will show where you are.
New words and grammar come from the general course with one of our teachers. With the American you put them to use.
Just the two of you. You learn at your own pace and discuss the topics you actually need
You practise negotiations and work calls before the real meetings
An hour of conversation once a month. A native speaker hosts some of the meetings: he guides the conversation and helps everyone join in
We will find lessons with an American teacher to suit your level, goals and schedule
