We find out what your team needs

We assess each employee’s level free of charge and ask where exactly they need English at work

We form groups

We bring together participants of the same level and draw up a schedule: before work, at lunchtime or in the evening

Lessons begin

We choose a teacher to suit your business and agree the programme with you. The first lesson usually takes place within a week of the schedule being ready

Can you train employees in different countries?

Yes. We build the schedule around different time zones, even if some of the team work from other countries

What happens if team members change?

We rearrange groups and schedules without losing paid lessons

How are the contract and payment handled?

We work under a contract with Ukrainian and international companies and provide invoices and acceptance certificates. We usually invoice monthly for the following month’s training. You can also pay for lesson packages. Before we start, we agree the documents and payment terms to suit your company

How much does corporate English training cost?

UAH 750 per hour of lessons for a group of up to 8 people. The price is fixed per group rather than per participant, so the cost per employee falls as the group grows. The full calculation is in the "Pricing for companies" section

Which platform are the lessons held on?

Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. We use the one your team already works with

How do you measure employees’ progress?

At the start we assess each person’s level on the international CEFR scale. Our guide to the English level your team needs shows which level each role requires. We then assess speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar and vocabulary, and HR sees these results in the monthly report.
