Accessibility Statement

myenglish.com.ua meets Level AA of the WCAG 2.2 standard based on an internal audit completed on July 13, 2026. We want every person to be able to use our courses and materials, regardless of vision, motor skills or perception

For us accessibility is not a one-off check but part of the daily work on this website. Below we honestly describe what has been done, how we tested it, where limitations remain and how to tell us about a barrier if You run into one.

What has been done

Text and interactive element contrast meets Level AA requirements. The whole site can be used with a keyboard: every link, button, form and dialog receives a visible focus ring, and modal windows close with the Escape key. Pages stay readable when zoomed to 200 percent and on screens from 320 pixels wide with no horizontal scrolling.

Page structure is semantic: headings follow a hierarchy, images carry text descriptions, form fields are labelled. Carousels and other moving elements are operated by buttons, not only by gestures, and respect the reduced motion system setting. Level tests and the course picker run on plain buttons that assistive technologies can reach.

Technical information

This statement covers myenglish.com.ua. Target standard: WCAG 2.2, Level AA. The latest audit was carried out on July 13, 2026 by our own team. Methodology: automated axe-core checks on the main page templates plus manual checks of the criteria automation cannot cover, including keyboard navigation, focus visibility, target sizes, consistent help and behaviour under zoom.

Known limitations

Some graduate reviews are published as chat screenshots, so their full text is not available to screen readers; the key content is duplicated in text captions. Payments happen on bank and payment provider pages whose accessibility we do not control. Some older downloadable PDF materials may lack full accessibility markup.
