Payment questions
What is included in the price?
Everything a lesson needs: the teacher’s time, learning materials and the platform. There is nothing to pay for separately
Why does one lesson cost different amounts?
The price depends on the size of the package: the larger the package you pay for in one go, the less each lesson costs. Format matters too: studying in a group is cheaper than one to one with a teacher
Can the price change after I have paid?
No. The price is fixed for the whole package you have paid for and does not change until it ends
Can I switch format in the middle of a package?
Yes. You can move from group lessons to one-to-one or the other way round. Whatever you have not used simply transfers to the new format
